1. Sample Making
    For the first sample the cost will be double, but the second revised one (if any) will be charged at normal price. 50% of the said cost will be reimbursed, once you place the real order at the minimum of 50 pcs/item.
    We need 4 (four)weeks to development any sample or prototype. It is recommended to provide us with 1:1 scale drawings to development every new sample or prototype.

  2. Minimum Order
    Minimum order is 1x20' FCL, but we recommend for 1x40' FCL.
    The total items in one container are no more than five different items.

  3. Delivery Time
    The first container will be shipped in 60 - 75 days after we received the order confirmation and/or payment ( The supplier of plastic wicker need 3 week to produced). For the next container it will take shorter. It is useful if we could have your sales program of at least 6 months, so we could schedule our production and serve you better delivery time.

  4. Finishing
    We could accommodate Wet Coating also Powder Coating for aluminium frame.
    If you have your owned color, we could match it to your color sample.

  5. Packing
    Our furnitures are usually wrapped with plastic or/and single corrugated carton.

  6. Prices
    Prices are always base on FOB-Surabaya port of delivery and for full container load (FCL) only. For less container load (LCL) there will be an extra charge for handling and additional packing materials.

  7. Payment
